We had been using a service called Mozy Pro. Although It was far from user friendly I was generally satisfied with the service. That is until I was audited by a Government Agency and tried to get a backup of some payroll records. Our CTO wasted many anxious hours with tech support but there was no resolution. I was told there was a glitch in the software. Ultimately I was fined for not having the records we needed. Since the switch to Online Backup Vault we unfortunately had another occasion where we needed a backup file. The experience was simple and straightforward and it just worked the way it was supposed to.
